Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Please contact us at hello@homegrowngardencentre.com before returning your item so we can provide return instructions and ensure your return is processed quickly.
Exemptions
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Live plants – as they are perishable and may deteriorate quickly.
- Cut or potted Christmas trees – due to their perishable nature and limited seasonal lifespan.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
If your plants or Christmas tree arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@homegrowngardencentre.com with your order number and photos.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the returns process.
Delivery Responsibility
If you request that your order be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been made to that location.
