Our bestselling Nordmann Fir Pot Grown Christmas Tree is a great sustainable choice this festive season. Not only can a potted tree be used as decoration in your home, garden or front door, it can be planted out in the garden after the festivities  then brought back in for another year. Nordmann firs have glossy, aromatic dark green foliage and grow in a symmetrical and pyramidal shape. Known for their excellent needle retention, Nordmann fir needles start to curl inward and cling to the tree, leading to it holding onto its needles as long as possible, rather than them falling off immediately.

When planted outside the tree itself requires very little training or pruning, a slight trim once or twice a year to help keep its shape is usually all that is required. Our trees are locally grown and matured in a pot in the ground. This means the tree has the best quality root ball to ensure it can continue to grow in years to come instead of being dug out of the ground and potted with cut and damaged roots.
