A fun, hands-on series of garden workshops for kids to plant, learn, and explore nature.

📅 Upcoming Workshops:

❄️ 29 November – Winter Planting
Make a bulb lasagna with spring flowers. Daffodils, tulips, bluebells and autumn/winter bedding plants on top of planter. Learn about house plants and how to care for them & choose house plant one to plant in a pot to take home. Learn about when you can sow seeds. Make your own seed advent calendar.

⏰ Time:

Session 1  – 9:30 – 10:30am

Session 2 – 11:30 – 12:30pm

Please note – To keep both sessions running, we do need a minimum of 10 bookings per session. If numbers are low, we may look at combining the groups  but don’t worry, we’ll check in with everyone first before making any changes.

Do I need to bring anything?
No, all supplies will be provided. However, we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing clothes that can handle a little dirt!

Can I bring more than one child?
Each ticket covers one adult and one child. If you’re bringing an extra child, you’ll need to book an additional ticket.

Will the workshops run in all weather?
Yes! Most activities will take place under cover if needed, but please dress appropriately for outdoor elements.

How do I book a ticket?

Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site.

Who runs the workshops?
Our friendly homegrown garden centre team will guide the sessions, helping kids get stuck in with fun gardening activities.
